Afterpay is the perfect way to make your purchase today and pay in four easy installments. To use Afterpay, you must use an Australian credit or debit card, an Australian residential address, and be 18 or over. Select Afterpay as your preferred payment method at checkout, where you will be redirected to the Afterpay website. Once registered, login to your account to verify your payment details and confirm your order.

How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?

Returns for purchases made with Afterpay are accepted within 14 days of your order’s receipt. Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition, including tags and hygiene stickers. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges affiliated with any returns. Please visit our returns section for more information.

What if I can’t pay an installment?

A $10 late fee will incur upon your first missed payment, with a further $7 late fee if still unpaid after 7 days. For more information, please review the Afterpay terms and conditions stated on their website.

What cards does Afterpay accept?

Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.

When will my first payment be charged?

All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. Once your first payment is completed and 6 weeks have passed since your order date, you will no longer be considered a “new” customer. For online orders under $500 placed thereafter, your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks from your purchase, and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after. For orders over $500, your first payment will always be deducted at the time of purchase.
